About Preventive Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance & Contracting Service is a young and growing company backed by 20 years of experience in working with Management, Condominium and Homeowner Associations.

We will gladly submit free written proposals for all projects, small or large, in time for your bid date or next board meeting.

We also offer an hourly Maintenance Service for repairs that are less than the required amount for a formal bid. All maintenance personnel are uniformed and driving a recognizable company vehicle. This will allow your associations and owners to feel at ease knowing who is in and around their home.

Preventive Maintenance is fully insured and will supply a certificate of coverage to each company, manager, or property as requested.
